S2 EP7 | Marcus Jones on How Injuries Change Your Career In An Instant

Marcus Jones is currently the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at North Carolina State University. He went to college at the University of Minnesota. Marcus talked about how his career went from committing to Northern Illinois University, but then the staff left for the University of Minnesota. Marcus walks us through his thought process of sticking with the school or sticking with the coaching staff. Later in his career he had a couple major injuries. Sadly he couldn't get back to his elite level and had to start thinking about what was next. Thanks to a caring coach in Minnesota, he taught Marcus the ropes of Strength & Conditioning.
