S2, Ep8: One Step Back, Two Steps Forward

from Psych Phyt · host Megan

It’s time for me to start focusing on the areas of my business that will allow me to get Psych Phyt off the ground. Lately, this podcast has been something that I feel isn’t providing adequate value to either myself or my audience for the effort I’m putting in, compared to other things I could be using that energy for. At this point in my life, I feel like I have the time to commit… but I don’t have the mental energy. So I’m struggling to put in 8 hours of work/study/podcasting each day, and it ends up being more like 3-6 hours of actual mental work. This podcast has been a wonderful journey so far and this is by no means the end! But with the “Rookie Roadmap” series I want to release, I feel like I need more time to produce something that’s of actual value. So once my Personal Training course is finished, I will be re-evaluating the best process moving forward :) I’ll keep you in the loop on my socials (@psychphyt)! In the meantime, feel free to watch all my other episodes ;) Bye for now! This is a public episode.
