One recurring topic was diet advice, which was generally unwanted advice. We know this is a sensitive topic and everybody is different! We did our best to go over how diet does or doesn't affect IBD, how it doesn't cure IBD, and we read a lot of comments that were shared with us. Hopefully we have an episode you all can relate to, one way or another. We are family friendly and want our audience to be involved!
