BusBoys and Poets - January '23 In this episode, Scott is joined by Greg Snow & first-time guest, AVG (Gabriel Angrand), to talk about a Ripe Poetry trip to BusBoys and Poets in the DC suburbs on Thursday, January 19th, 2023. The purpose of the trip was to go support our new friend & fellow spoken word artist, Jayla, who was featured at Busboys that evening.  The episode begins by giving a history lesson of how AVG connected with Greg and Scott at a “2 Lines Philly” open mic event all the way back in the Fall of 2021.
