Her passion for medical education has merged seamlessly with her personal long-time love of reading and creative writing. Ashley moved across the country, transitioning to freelance medical writing and clinical content consulting shortly thereafter due to chronic health issues that required she leave behind the demands of bedside care. She has worked as a freelance consultant for several established medical communication, pharmaceutical, and clinical education companies. Her work has been featured in-print and online for many publications, including Oncology Nursing News, VeryWell Health, Cancer, and Targeted Oncology. Ashley maintains her nursing passion for educating patients, providers, and caregivers - her reach has only grown with entreprenuership! When not working, Ashley can be found spending time with her beloved rescue dog, walking the beach, wine-tasting, reading, or taking a yoga class.
