The Hawks have seemingly exhausted every opportunity to make an easy buck by simply asking someone to give them a huge amount of money and being given a huge amount of money and it seems that, filled with anger and resentment at the unreasonableness of not having won the lottery when they didn't even buy a ticket, our heroes will have to demean themselves with that most tiresome of trivialities, a sidequest. Percy discovers a crime, Tristan performs forensics, Enigma finds her calling and Bambari gets the bird in this ornithological episode of Crudely Drawn Swords.
