So you've been working out again since the holidays ended. You're pumped up and still motivated. "It's time to really kick the new year into gear and change my diet!" you say to yourself. Ok, cool. Yes, proper nutrition is 100% necessary for a desirable physique. BUT are you setting yourself up for failure??On this episode, Josh and Jordan talk about how to assess if you are ready to start a nutrition plan (of any sort). -What does having a stable workout plan look like (even through the ups and downs of getting sick, stressed, and demotivated?)-How workouts can both help you want to eat right, and TRICK you into eating poorly!-Are you Willing, Able, and Ready to begin change in the kitchen?
