It's starting to get warm (in the Northern Hemisphere) and we're beginning to think about all our favorite outdoor and swim-suit activities. So you might be thinking about cutting some fat for the summer. Well, this is really the last opportunity to get started on that in a focused way and still have some summer results. But, there are complications.......-Where are you starting from? -What actual goal do you want? -Will you fall for the "feeling frisky paradox?"Also on this episode: Jordan cooks steak and hates it. Josh says steak is a good visual example of what gaining fat while gaining muscle is like.
