S3, E1: Nate Worford on Becoming a UI/UX Web Designer

In the 1st episode of season 3, we were lucky enough to have a conversation with UI/UX designer at Career Foundry, Nate Worford. First, Nate gives a brief introduction about himself as a person, his education, and how his background influenced his career choices. We then transitioned into the framework of his job as a UI designer, which flowed into discussing his day-to-day work schedule. To clear up some misconceptions around UI design, we asked Nate how crucial it is to have the ability to code/program. Nate also made clear what the components of UI are, distinguishing the balance between simplicity and functionality on website development.
