Monthly Topic: FEAR. Jackie and Stacey begin this episode asking if being in fear is the same thing as feeling fear. Further, If fear is just an emotion, a feeling, then it holds no value - it just is. We can use all feelings as tools to inform our current situations and to inform our future choices.
