For this episode of Karger's The Waiting Room Podcast on World IBD Day on May 19, we spoke with Jen Rose, who was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) 33 years ago. She offers emotional support to newly diagnosed IBD patients and their families and is the author of the coloring journal "Me (and IBD)". In the first episode of our two-part special we focus on what IBD is, what to look out for in terms of symptoms and diagnosis, and what it is like to live with the condition based on Jen's patient journey.
