En la encuesta publicada en El Nuevo Día, el 66% de los encuestados dicen que la asequibilidad de vivienda es un problema mayor en Puerto Rico. En este episodio conversamos con Alejandro Longo de Creative Development sobre el historial de desarrollo en Puerto Rico desde el 2007 al presente, las oportunidades actuales y lo que se puede hacer para estimular desarrollo de vivienda asequible para Puertorriqueños. En un momento estuvo la ley 212 que daba créditos contributivos al desarrollador por construir este tipo de vivienda en cascos urbanos. La ley se abusó mucho, y los créditos en un momento fueron controversial, pero hoy dia, para un proyecto de interés social, hace mucho sentido.
