S3E1: STATE OF INDEPENDENCE EPISODE

from Success On Your Terms · host Natalie Potts

How much time do we spend procrastinating on taking action for fear of failure, judgement or success? I spend a majority of my time holding people accountable to taking action on what they want in life. I realised this week how much I have been procrastinating about getting back on track with this podcast. It has been on my agenda/ on the pad for months. But for months I have had a few other priorities. I’m no stranger to talking very transparently about my life. I never see anything as solo. We have business, life and wellness. If one of these is out of alignment to how we want it to be, it will have an impact on other areas of our life. On December 7th 2021 I was signed off with depression. I share my story before and after this moment. A moment that created a movement in my life. I share how the power of the people you surround yourself with and therapy helps you move forward. Paying attention to the signs and that inner voice that niggles at you. Trusting yourself to listen to your intuition and believe that you have the answers within.
