Creatives' Co-Bill ft. Olivia Weatherbe - October '24 In this episode, Scott is joined by Jarrett & first time guest, Olivia Weatherbe to talk about the Creatives’ Concert Co-Bill event that featured Olivia, Sarah Juers and Peter Collins.  The event was hosted at The Story Factory PHL on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024.  The episode begins with talking about Liv’s journey from being an artist on the original Good Soil to being asked to be an artist on this Co-Bill two and a half years later. The conversation includes a lot of Liv’s own hesitations with becoming a full fledged artist while Jarrett talks about the decision to mandate Olivia needing her first single to do the show.  As the conversation continues the trio talks about the recording process of Liv’s single “Living” and the ways her immediate family were involved in its production. Jarrett and Liv also dovetail that into talking about her band for the night of the event.  Towards the second half of the episode we talk mostly about Liv’s set on the day of the event and the impact it made on her specifically. As we’re wrapping up the episode the group talks about other outcomes from the show and why Creatives’ Concerts have been a part of the ecosystem Ripe has built to serve the artists in our community.
