S3E17: CHALLENGING YOUR SELF-DOUBT & DESTRUCTIVE PATTERNS: DIONNE SLATER

from Success On Your Terms · host Natalie Potts

In this episode I am joined by Dionne Slater. A Sabotage Coach Certified in Rapid Transformational Therapy who focusses on challenging self-doubts and destructive patterns. For almost thirty years Dionne, was the absolute queen of self-sabotage. Drinking, drink driving, drugs, getting herself into the most dangerous situations, getting arrested, choosing the worst partners, generally having a life full of chaos and drama, playing super small in my business, undercharging, quitting, massive procrastination and perfectionism. Why did she sabotage? Because from a very young age, Dionne had developed a deep subconscious belief that she was not good enough and made this into a self-fulling prophecy. What you'll learn in this episode: What is self-sabotage? How to stop self-sabotage. How to change your beliefs. What is Rapid Transformational Therapy? Enjoy.
