What do I do? and 2. What do we do? No matter what, you are in unchartered territory and the step will be on you have not taken before. No matter the advice, tips, tricks, counsel, etc. they will not mean much if you are not intact with where you are in your OWN decision. Which, guides steps. Two questions we have used often in both health and relationship coaching are - 1. Are you ready? and 2. Are you willing?
