S3E9: YOU ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS YOUR CLIENTS

Success begins with YOU. YOU are only as good as your clients. In this episode I share how your success is only as good as the success of your clients. In a coaching world full of smoke and mirrors, it is easy to get caught up in certain trends that everyone else is doing. It is rare to act with integrity and be daring enough to challenge this and do the opposite. This is often where greatness lives. There is no room for the fake it until you make it attitude that I see far too often. Coaches saying they have hit the 6 figure sales mark or that they have helped thousands of people when they haven’t. I am a coach who helps coaches - specially career and confidence coaches how to become fearless and achieve a consistent 5 figure income and when I say that I often get this; “Oh that life coach stuff… like goals and things?” No. What You'll Learn In This Episode: Coaching is a powerful, life changing experience that has the ability to change people’s lives. YOUR life. In its purest form it unlocks your potential, helps you gain perspective and a higher self awareness in life. Coaching is all about your clients agenda and is not teaching or mentoring. That has its time and place of course. I want to share the experience they had because this is always my biggest achievement and success. Coaching connects people and requires asking great and powerful questions to help someone move towards their dreams and goals in life. It requires people to stop and ask themselves some tough questions that will bring real growth and development in many areas of life. It is the “stuff” they say is soft. I don’t think this.
