S3EP004 - BatCoach vs Turkey-Bat and the 3 Riders of Turk-Acolypse

from Truth in Coaching

The coaches are actually big fans of the holidays, BUT...if you don't have a plan you can emerge in January stressed, sicker, and fatter than before. Not a good combo. Josh argues that with Thanksgiving right ahead and Halloween right behind, the holiday season is in full swing. And if you don't have a plan or a mental approach yet, you're already in trouble. But never fear! Just like Batman had to face the Man-bat, so BatCoach will help you defeat the Turkey-Bat!We need to have an approach to deal with the 3 biggest obstacles during the holidays:-Cold (makes you want to move less)-Holiday food and gatherings (enjoy, but let's be smart)-Viruses. No, we're not talking about Britney Spear's "My Only Wish". Actual winter viruses that make people sick. Strategies to train smart, recover smart, and eat smart. Stuff that we do: Josh tries to imitate his coach's sunglasses style. Who wore it best? Josh or Denis?
