All things' alignment. It's become a buzzword in recent years, but what is alignment? How do we find our alignment? And why is it our superpower? It is flow, and it is the path, but it doesn't mean it's easy. However, it is your superpower. What can feel expansive to the Soul can feel alien to the mind, sometimes like a metaphorical death. So how do we reconcile and integrate all these parts to create that flow? How do we create an inner foundation on which to nurture this superpower. But before all that, what even is alignment?
