S4 Ep 1. The Columbine Massacre - AHS Murder House

from Blue Murder Club

Aaaaaaaaaaaaand we're back!! Missed us much? Well, rest assured we have missed you lovely people and have one heck of a series ready for you. This series we have taken inspiration from the series, American Horror Story. Every week we have taken a case that inspired a series of AHS and for our opening episode this week we have covered the case of The Columbine High School Massacre. In April 1999, two of the school's students, Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris carried out a deadly assault on the teachers and their fellow classmates which has since gone down in history as one of America's most significant mass shootings, and the word 'Columbine' has even become a byword for mass school shootings.Loz and Caz attempt to unravel what could have triggered such a hideously violent act from two average teenagers, and take a look at the aftermath, the legacy of copycats and the devastating effect on the community. Please kindly give the show a rating or review on your chosen podcast platform as it really helps the podcast to reach new ears!https://linktr.ee/bluemurderclubSupport BMC on Patreon here: https://www.patreon.com/BluemurderclubFollow BMC on Instagram here: https://www.instagram.com/bluemurderclubFollow BMC on Facebook here: https://www.facebook.com/BlueMClubFollow BMC on Twitter here: https://twitter.com/BluemurderClubWritten and Presented by Lauren Strutt and Carol WhiffenContact us at [email protected] by Jessica GeorgeArtwork by Stu Whiffen Hosted on Acast.
