S4 - Episode 1: Brave Honesty, #blacklivesmatter, & Owning your Masks with Nikki Martin

SHE Quest Season 4 opener is blessed to feature Nikki Martin, Writer and full time Yoga Teacher living on the eastern shore of Nova Scotia. Her love of words and stories, both reading and creating them, started very young and with the release of her first fictional novel ‘A Momentary Darkness’ in August 2018 comes the realization of a long time dream. Her passion for words and creating also shows up in her yoga classes. Through her own life experience, and through teaching, she has come to believe whole heartedly in the practice of Yoga as one that can offer space to heal, find strength, build new habits and that always provides an opportunity to take much needed time for ourselves. You can find her teaching at a number of yoga studios in the HRM or in her spare time somewhere near the ocean.
