In this episode I am joined by Sarah Potts. The reason I asked my mum to come on for the final episode is because often people say never work with friends and family. On occasions I do! What I choose to do is be crystal clear with what it looks like and ensure both feel they have the trust and respect with all decisions made. Many of the inspiring people I was joined by on the BEING CONFIDENT FROM WITHIN PODCAST this month said their parents were either mentors or very influential people in their lives. Mum also often says she isn’t confident in some areas of her life and let’s be honest, we can’t have a naturally confident girl like me allow that to happen when it comes to her loved ones.
