Jesus says to love the Lord your God with all your heart (relational health), mind (mental health), soul (spiritual health), and strength (physical health), and to love others as yourself. [Mark 12:30] Today we discuss how life is about the process, the progress, and the practice of sanctification. Sanctification is growing more like Jesus: loving God and loving people.
