This has resulted in the creation of numerous agencies and an exponential increase in the amount of government spending. But those are not the only consequences. Administrative law threatens the very liberties and freedoms that the Founding Fathers fought to maintain. In this episode, I go through a short clip from Professor Philip Hamburger regarding the topic of administrative power.
