Oracles - April '26 In this episode, Scott is joined by returners to the podcast Sergine and Jon Bolds, as well as first-time guest Brandon Leake. The crew talks about Oracles 2026 hosted at Christ Community Church in Philadelphia on April 18th. Sergine was one of the Ripe poets on the lineup, and Jon Bolds was the opening hip-hop act to kick off the show. Brandon Leake served as the headlining feature for the event.  The episode begins with Brandon’s introduction, followed by the squad talking about the origin of the Oracles concept. A huge chunk of the first third of the episode focuses on everything that preceded April 18th.  The middle of the episode focuses on Oracles 2026 day-of, including the pre-show activities as well as each half of the event. There is special emphasis on a few of the performances that happened with flowers scattered to each of the dozen poets who performed.  Towards the end of the episode, the conversation shifts to the impact of Oracles 2026 and some of the testimonies that came from the night.
