S6/E19: How does FAILURE impact how we show up in community?

How many times have we failed at bringing community together? Oh, let us count the ways… However, as we have continued to ask throughout this month: is it really a failure to not succeed at something? Instead, we choose to frame the stories we tell about things that doesn’t work out: we choose to build resilience, to make sure we are congruent with our values, and we choose who we surround ourselves with in community.
