I think i said in the episode I wanted to call this one, we are not alone, but as i continued talking I found that this current title is must more fitting.  Noticing the ego, and ways it prevents us from growing is limiting.  We must learn and remember that we are not alone and that with love of self and continued work in meditation and mindfulness, we and release the ego and create space for a better loving person.  We are not alone, and we are not who we think we are goes hand in hand in this way.
