S7 Ep7: The Good Glow with Holly Ryan

Holly Ryan and I have gotten to know each other over the past year. She shared her story with me and feels ready to now share it further. When she was 18, Holly was attacked as she made her way home. She was so close to her house that her mum woke up to her screams. Thankfully Holly's mum and dad and a passer by stopped the attack and Holly was taken home. Today she takes me through the impact that night had on her life, how hard it was to share her story and how she healed. I'm so grateful to Holly for sharing her story today, I know it wasn't easy for her but she wants to use her voice to educate people. In the last couple of weeks a plan has been published by the government for supporting victim’s journeys through the reporting of sexual offence cases.
