This weekend I did a seminar for the Vancouver Board of Trade’s Leadership Forum for their Leaders of Tomorrow program. LOT is a mentorship program designed to build capacity in new graduates from Post Secondary Institutions like Sauder Business School and BCIT. I was asked to address the topic of entrepreneurial leadership, particularly for young entrepreneurs.
