Salt Therapy/Halotherapy

During this episode, I interview Laura Barnes, the owner of Southern Salt Therapies located in St Lucie West. Laura discusses her specialty of Salt Therapy and really dissects how Salt Therapy, also known as Halotherapy, works. We explore the mental and physical health benefits of salt. Spoiler alert, it will not affect your cholesterol! I get the opportunity to ask her questions that many of my clients have about utilizing salt therapy. You can schedule your own Salt Therapy session on their website www.southernsalttherapies.com or by giving them a call at 772-877-2128. Another great way to stay up to date with their events is through their Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/southernsalttherapies/ ****************************************************************************************************** You can find more about Nicky’s professional endeavors here: www.anchorsaweighcounseling.com www.epicadventurestherapy.com Music attribution: "Happy Whistle" by Scott Holmes http://www.scottholmesmusic.uk “Onions” by Mega Gem URL: http://freemusicarchive.org/music/Mega_Gem/Colors_of_the_west/Mega_Gem_-_Colors_of_the_West_-_02_Onions Comments: http://freemusicarchive.org/ Curator: Commune Oreille Copyright: Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0
