When we think of Crisis Management Teams (CMT) we automatically focus on leadership, logistics, technology and business teams but one team never seems to be fully developed or initiated; the Salvage & Restoration Team. Perhaps that due to the fact that if we're lucky, we never need the team to be initiated. But what if it needed due to the seriousness of the disaster experienced by an organization?
