Sami Smith is a physiotherapist and online coach from Newcastle, Australia. She is also a body building competitor and just an overall amazing and strong human being. At the age of 16, she was diagnosed with anorexia and admitted to a hospital for 8 weeks as she was so severely underweight. Sami shares her moving experience of suffering from anorexia, and what it's like to go through recovery when you've been so sick you had no other option than to be admitted. It was so moving hearing Sami's story, and I want to thank her again for her honesty and vulnerability. Remember, healing isn't about never hearing negative thoughts ever again.
