Samuel Hoglund (Sweden): Searching for Knowledge Saved My Shaken Faith As a third-generation member of the Church in Sweden, Samuel enjoyed an idyllic childhood and adolescence full of faith. But when his brother and parents decided to leave the Church, it was “like lightning from a clear sky.” Rather than becoming stymied by the shock, Samuel chose to pursue his own search for difficult answers with determination and passion.
