Or he could just put Gobert directly on Wembanyama after his dominant performance on Nikola Jokic in round one. Either way, Wemby will have no easy nights in this series. THE HISTORY BETWEEN THESE TWO FRANCHISES The Spurs and Timberwolves have only met twice in the playoffs, both times in the first round — in 1999 and 2001.
