Game 3 tips off tonight at 10:30 p.m. ET in Portland, so the final result isn't in yet. Here's the description ready to go live the moment the buzzer sounds — just drop in the score and any standout moments: IN THE BUILDING | Spurs vs. Trail Blazers Game 3 POST-GAME REACTION | 2026 NBA Playoffs Mike Taylor and Rudy Jay are back LIVE with your full post-game breakdown from Game 3 of the San Antonio Spurs vs. Portland Trail Blazers first-round series. The series is tied 1-1 and the action has shifted to the Moda Center in Portland — we have got everything you need on tonight's game, the biggest storylines, and where this series goes from here. WHERE WE STAND COMING INTO GAME 3 The Spurs dropped Game 2 in stunning fashion, blowing a 14-point fourth-quarter lead as Scoot Henderson poured in 31 points to lift Portland to a 106-103 victory and even the series at one game apiece. San Antonio went without a field goal for the final 3:37, allowing the Blazers to close the game on an 11-2 run — snapping a streak of 76 consecutive playoff wins when leading by 14 or more points in the fourth quarter, a streak that dated back to May 19, 2003. The series is tied, the crowd in Portland is electric, and the biggest question in the entire NBA is hanging over this game: is Victor Wembanyama on the floor tonight? THE WEMBY SITUATION Wembanyama was diagnosed with a concussion after tumbling face-first to the floor when fouled by Jrue Holiday in the second quarter of Game 2, slamming his jaw into the court and never returning. To return, he must complete the NBA's full concussion protocol — no symptoms at rest, clearance from a team physician, completion of an exertion process, and confirmation from the league's director of the concussion program. Spurs coach Mitch Johnson put it plainly: "There's nothing more important than his health." Two completely different series depending on his availability. We break it all down tonight. THE SCOOT HENDERSON FACTOR Through two playoff games, Henderson has been arguably Portland's best player, following up an 18-point debut with a 31-point explosion in Game 2 while shooting 64.3% from the field and 53.8% from three. After not making his season debut until February, Henderson took time to settle in — but these last two games have been another level entirely, and if this is a real leap and not just a hot stretch, it is a massive boost for Portland's chances in this series. SUBSCRIBE AND HIT THE BELL — We are going LIVE after EVERY San Antonio Spurs playoff game this postseason. Don't miss a single take, breakdown, or debate. Mike Taylor and Rudy Jay will be here every step of the way on the road to a championship. Drop your thoughts in the comments — Did Wemby suit up? Can the Spurs bounce back on the road?
