Wembanyama cleared the NBA's full concussion protocol and was in the starting lineup Sunday afternoon after missing Game 3 entirely. His presence alone changed the entire complexion of this series — and the Blazers felt it. WHERE THIS SERIES STANDS Portland had all the momentum they needed heading into today. In Game 3, Stephon Castle delivered a postseason career-high 33 points while rookie Dylan Harper exploded for a career-best 27 points and 10 rebounds, powering the Spurs to a 120-108 road win without their star center.
