Sand Springs moves forward with the proposed data center

Sand Springs City Manager Mike Carter says two lawsuits have been filed against the City. The City of Sand Springs is being sued by a group called "Protect Sand Springs Alliance" claiming the city annexed the property illegally and they are challenging the zoning of the property.
