Aditi was beyondany expectation; Grounded, expressive, dynamic, and brilliant. I was talking toa 30- or 40-year-old. Not 20. A few weeks elapsed. Comfort levels, and shementioned her mother, Sandhi, a Reiki healer and author of ‘Choose Yourself.’  Here we are. My time with Sandhi was as goodas it got in expanding my understanding and grasp of Reiki as a form of energy;healing people facing anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and relationships.Sandhi is passionate, patient, genuine, and wondrously real.
