Sandi Glandt- Personal Coach, Author of Slay Your Day. and Mrs. International.

from Who Knew In The Moment? · host Phil Friedrich

Sandi started coaching women in the health and fitness space before she had my babies. Sandi loved coaching women on how to incorporate work / life balance, time management and productivity more than she loved creating meal plans and workouts. Her clients would have massive success when they could just figure out how to manage their time better, implement the strategies she was teaching them to streamline their processes and finally step out of “hustle mode” and truly step into their power of being a mom who works and makes a massive impact and income for her family all while implementing the strategies that didn’t cause her to burn out and truly live her life on purpose. This is where her coaching had a turning point and she knew that she could get my clients massive results by focusing in on systems and strategies in their business to help them create true income and time freedom for themselves and their families.
