Sarah Hickle Speaks on Miracle Park!

Sarah Hickle is with the Elkhart County Special Education Cooperative, providing specialized educational services to students with disabilities, and has been a significant champion of Miracle Park in Mishawaka! She shares just how significant this will be to our community, and how thoughtful the planning process has been with incredible community partners.
