Sarah McLean is a noted Hay House author and contemporary meditation teacher who makes meditation accessible to everyone. Since 1993, she’s taught meditation to thousands of people from all over the world. As the director of the McLean Meditation Institute in Sedona, Arizona she offers a variety of meditation training, facilitates self-discovery retreats, and certifies meditation instructors.   Sarah was the founding program director of The Chopra Center for Wellbeing and has lived and studied in a Zen Buddhist monastery, meditated in ashrams and temples throughout India and the Far East, spent time in an Afghan refugee camp, bicycled the Silk Route from Pakistan to China, trekked the Grand Canyon and the Golden Triangle, and taught English to Tibetan Buddhist Nuns in Dharamsala.
