Latoya Hoeg is a trans woman of colour, who has been living in Melbourne for over 33+ years. she is an advocate for  LGBTQIA+ Pacifica people. She is currently working for Star Health as a Community Engagement Worker for Covid-19 Team, and a Community Health Educator for the H2H (Hustling to Health) drop-in centre for sex street base work, also known as RhED. Latoya is an elder for the Samoan Fa'afafine Community here in Melbourne. She is the Secretary and advisor for PacifiqueX, a Pacifica LGBTIQA+ Community in Melbourne Narrm. Latoya is also that familiar voice and a producer on the radio show, PX Whanau at 3CR.  Sasja Sÿdek is an indigenous Singaporean — a proud trans womxn of colour. As an activist and advocate for the transgender community, she sends an empowering message to others: “free yourself from the shackles of societal and gender expectations to live life authentically”. Juggling her multiple roles as a co-founder of Trans Sisters United and Trans Pride March Melbourne, as well as her work on the airwaves as one of 3CR’s radio host and producer for Queering The Air, it’s not hard to see Sasja’s dedication and passion for equality and human rights.
