Satisfying the Hunger of a Thousand

Despite the world's affluence, many people still suffer from a lack of basic necessities like food, water, housing, and clothing. We are urged to recognize our blessings and consider not just material needs, but also the need for education, a healthy environment, family, and spiritual nourishment. Our faith calls us to seek nourishment for our souls through the peace of God and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Fr Clement drew a parallel to today's Gospel where Jesus fed the multitude with 5 loaves and 2 fish, encouraging us to offer whatever we have to Jesus, trusting that He will bless and multiply our offerings, however small, to meet the needs of many. Let's remember that in times of need, the Lord provides. In times of hunger, the Lord feeds. And the Lord will open wide His hands to grant our desires. -Sunday Homily by Fr.
