ExperiencesThis is the overview of the experience with the intention of focusing all your attention on appreciating positive events. As you are immersed in the experience you need to include sensations (such as the breeze on your face), emotions (what you felt), perceptions (what this means to you), thoughts (your thinking), and behaviors (what you do with this information).2. ProcessesThis requires you to trust the process of connecting the events with the positive emotions coming from what just happened. For example when you help a stranger, you recall the positive emotions felt while participating in that activity.3. ResponsesYour response to the positive events of your life results in specific thoughts or behaviors will have a long-lasting effect.
