Say hey, play, and reset.

High you, It’s your friend Danielle. You know, that friend who only has the capacity to dm on IG even though she promises to call 🫶. In the last 2 months, I moved again— this time even closer to the ocean, with my partner, and with way more opportunities to ditch my “to-do list.” Wanna know what’s on that list? Recording this podcast, among other things I genuinely love to do, but sometimes don’t. I’m working on it! I’m honestly just “pivoting” or as I like to call it, “resetting.” I quite literally changed my setting for the THIRD time in the last 9 months, and it’s required a lot of afternoon naps and escapes via the foam surfboard I rent on the Venice boardwalk. Not to mention I am still sort of figuring out how to be Danielle the mindfulness teacher and Cannabis educator while being Danielle the mindfulness student and Cannabis explorer. That just means I’m still learning how to practice what I preach — showing up through this newsletter/podcast is one way of doing that. I recorded this meditation as a part of a series I’ll be releasing next week called “Meditations on being human.” It’s a series that’s meant to remind you that you’re human and deserve connection, focus, and rest.
