Because people are scared of themselves. Self-examination and realization can be hard, especially when what we might see and learn about ourselves could be different than what we intended or know on a deeper level to be true.  This episode seeks to expose the trip wires in order to hopefully take a bit of the fear out of the equation and, ultimately, convince us all of the benefits. Only you can give what you are uniquely made to give to the world; and that can only happen when you face the fear and give yourself permission to find and live into the best and most authentic version of yourself (and, as a result, follow your own path, not the path of others).
