Scott Berman - Teachings in the Darkness / Reflections from the Sky Cave Dark Retreat Center

In this episode I speak with my friend, Scott Berman who is one of the co-creators along with his wife Jill, of the Sky Cave Dark Room Retreat Center in southern Oregon. The sky cave is a solo style darkness retreat which is where participants are immersed in total darkness for the duration of their stay. Though everyone's time in the darkroom is unique there's a common pattern of people reporting profoundly transformational experiences, deep emotional releases and a powerful sense of love and expanded awareness.
