Scratchy Throat

Being a biohacker involves deep learning of all things health. Whether it's traditional and conservative Western models of medicine or long held practices with Eastern philosophies. That fusion of East meets West is key for lifelong health in my humble opinion. I have developed a scratchy throat which traditionally is a precursor to getting sick.
