Season 2, Episode 77: Magnolia Wash Holdings Races From 14 to 52

In this episode, we had the chance to talk to Andy Agostini, one of the driving forces in the extreme growth happening under the Magnolia Wash Holdings organization. We hear about the organization's approach to building out their brands, creative ways they are segmenting the brands, and how they are working to maintain a people-first culture that makes people excited about a career in the professional car wash industry. Originally founded in 2014 by Frank Bennett and Brooks Moye, Magnolia Wash Holdings is now on an accelerated growth trajectory being driven by rapid acquisition while the organization builds up its greenfield pipeline. A and M Capital Partners created Magnolia Wash Holdings in December of 2020 with the combination of Express Wash and Oasis Express. The organization jump-started with 17 locations and spent the entirety of 2021 growing its portfolio to 52 locations across nine brands in six different states.
