Season 2 Intro

Well hello there lovely! Welcome back to Wild Flow podcast with me Charlotte! It's been a short while and oh gosh I so needed the end of year break to be able to come back inspired, devoted, and energised for a second season!

I feel like Season 1 was the Inner Winter: the sowing and germinating of seeds, deepening of roots and getting the foundations just right. Now Season 2 for me is about what comes next: those seedlings blossoming as we expand and deepen into topics including cycle awareness, rites of passages and womb healing. We'll be exploring inclusive menstruation, conscious menopause, role-modelling period positivity to teens, sacred sexuality, womb embodiment, and heaps more!
